Our Step by Step Process

Our process is simple and designed to ensure you're fully supported throughout your journey. From your initial consultation to landing in the US, we’ll guide you step by step to make the entire experience as smooth and exciting as possible.

1 Register Your Interest & Schedule a Call

Reach out to us via our website, social media, or email to register your interest in the program.

We will then contact you to schedule a call to go over the program in a litte more detail

2 Scheduled Call

During the scheduled call, we’ll chat about your current experience, the types of roles we typically help place participants in, and answer any questions you have to make sure the J-1 program is the right fit for you.

5 Interview Preparation

When we find a suitable placement, we’ll arrange an interview with the company. We also offer coaching sessions to help you prepare, including tips on the company and interview techniques.

6 Placement Offer & Full Payment

If you’re successful in the interview and receive an offer, we’ll send you the contract and an invoice for the full remaining payment. This will cover the placement fee, visa sponsorship, SEVIS, and health insurance fees.

7 Visa Application & Training Plan

After the contract has been signed and the full payment received, we’ll then move on to processing your visa application and create a personalized training plan for your program.

8 Book the Embassy Appointment

Once your visa application is ready, it’s time to book your embassy appointment to finalize the visa process.

3 Sign agreement and pay deposit

Following the call, if you decide to move forward, we’ll send you an agreement to review and sign, along with an invoice for the deposit. It’s now time to create a standout reference and your U.S. resume, but don’t worry—we’ll be on hand to help if you need us!

4 Finding your placement

Once you've completed the necessary documents, we'll begin actively working on finding the perfect placement for you. Our team will leverage our network and expertise to match you with the best opportunities that align with your skills and goals.

9 Receive Your Welcome pack

Whilst you’re waiting for your visa approval, you’ll receive a detailed welcome pack with essential information about your trip, your program, and everything you can expect during your time abroad.

10 Your Visa is Approved!

It's time to book your flight and get ready for the exciting journey ahead. We’ll guide you through any last-minute details to ensure everything goes smoothly before you head off.
